🚫 No Refunds for Digital Products
➜ All sales of digital goods (software, templates, etc.) are final once downloaded or accessed.
✅ Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
Defective Product: The item is unusable due to our error (e.g., corrupted file).
Undelivered Product: No access granted within 24 hours of purchase (proof required).
